Return and refund policy
At Melli (Miba Academy AB), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here you will find information on how to proceed in the event of a right of withdrawal or complaint.
Right of withdrawal
As a customer, you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act, but we offer you a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date you have received your order.
Conditions for returns
For a return to be accepted, the product must be:
Unused and in its original condition.
In its original packaging with an unbroken seal/seal.
Please note: Due to the nature of the product and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of skin care products where the packaging has been opened.
How to make a return
Always contact us at info@melli.one before returning an item. State your order number and reason for the return.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal. We recommend that you send the package with tracking, as you as the customer are responsible for the item reaching us in good condition.
Refund
Once we have received and checked that the product meets our return conditions, we will refund the amount within 10 working days. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used at the time of purchase.
Complaints and transport damage
If your item is damaged upon delivery or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@melli.one. If the complaint is approved, we will of course cover all shipping costs and send a replacement item or make a full refund.
