Return and refund policy

As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order according to the Distance Contracts Act.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

To make a return, contact us at info@melli.one before sending the item back.

Once we have received and approved the return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
