Terms of Purchase
These terms of purchase apply when you as a customer buy from & Melli, which is operated by & Miba Academy AB
(corporate registration number: 556840-4890), hereinafter referred to as "Melli", "we" or "us".

1. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in the selected currency (SEK/EUR) including VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of any printing errors or changed tax rates. Payment is made securely and easily via the payment options offered in the checkout (e.g. Klarna, Card payment or PayPal). No hidden fees are added beyond what is shown at the time of purchase.

2. Order and agreement
By making a purchase, you accept these terms of purchase. When your order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. Please check that all information is correct and contact us immediately at & info@melli.one & if anything needs to be corrected. A binding purchase agreement only arises when we have sent a delivery confirmation.

3. Delivery and shipping
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Normal delivery time within Sweden: 2–7 working days.
Normal delivery time within the EU: 5–10 working days.
If an item is temporarily out of stock or if delivery is delayed, we will contact you via email. In the event of any delivery delays, you have the right to cancel your purchase at no extra cost.

4. Right of withdrawal and Returns
We comply with the Distance Contracts Act, which means that you have the right to cancel your purchase. We offer a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the item.
Important: For hygiene reasons, the product must be in its original condition with unbroken packaging/seals for a return to be approved.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping.

5. Complaints and Liability
We are liable under the Consumer Purchase Act for faulty or damaged goods. If the product is defective or if we have sent the wrong product, contact us at info@melli.one and we will help you with a free replacement product or refund.

6. Personal data (GDPR)
We treat your personal data with the utmost respect and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is only used to handle your order, payment and delivery. We never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
